I was a medical surgical nurse for 9 years and have over 10 years of experience as an APRN treating adults in a variety of settings. I have a deep respect and knowledge of the mind/body connection and with my expertise in psychopharmacology, I attempt to carefully choose evidence-based treatments that can benefit one’s whole health. I have co-authored peer-reviewed articles on delirium, alcohol withdrawal, suicide/harm, patient falls, and advanced practice nursing responses to the Boston Marathon bombing.
