Dawn Parks, PhD, LMHC, CADC II

I specialize in working with individuals who are seeking changes in their lives. Making changes, whether in the way we think or behave, can be a very challenging and difficult process. Yet, it is in self exploration that growth and empowerment can occur. My passion is in working with individuals who are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. My other areas of interest include addictions (especially substance abuse), health and wellness, and mindfulness meditation skills training. My approach integrates the physical, psychological and spiritual components of mental health.
