Amanda Schell, Psy. D

I believe all people have the capacity within themselves to create change. As a therapist, I take a client-centered, strength-based and trauma-informed approach. It is my role to help you to make progress toward your goals in a way that works for you. I use a variety of evidence-based methods to facilitate self-reflection and insight into ways you can adopt changes that best suit your needs. My style can best be described as warm, genuine, supportive and patient-led. I have experience working with diverse populations across a range of clinical presenting concerns. These areas include depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, low self-esteem, adolescent issues, and life transitions.
